Sa Piling Mo
A Wayra
Langit ang gabi
Sa tuwing ika’y kasama
Sa init na ‘yong hatid
Tuwa’y walang humpay
Wala nang mahihiling pa
~English Translation~
Nights are heavenly
Whenever you’re with me
In your warmth
An eternal bliss
There’s nothing I could ask for

I’d ask true love to carry some dark chocolates with him and then I could really never ask for more. 😁💕

Thank you, thank you! Glad you enjoyed the lines. How I wish everyone could understand the Filipino translation. If only we could speak each other’s language, no?

Agreed! However, I would say that it’s nice to have so much beauty — and if we all were raised speaking the same spoken, or written, language, we wouldn’t have the plethora of beauty to find in the world outside our own front door. I love learning a little but of language from such a beautiful culture 🙂

wala na akong mahihiling pa.
