Written for Mind and Life Matters’ Limerick Challenge Week 6: Feral
She sauntered with a heart of a gypsy
All cloaked in music, art, and poetry
She is untamed, wild, and fierce
Braving her demons and fears
With a jar of fervor and meraki
I’m starting this week with a beautiful quote from the Boy’s Life by Robert McCammon. A story about youth, innocence, dreams, and magic that I would really love to read. Every word from this quote is heartwarming that resonates truth to me. Have a great week, everyone. 🙂 🙂 🙂
P.S “Meraki” is a new found word which
…may be quite close to “ardor,” but is exclusively used when referring to one’s own creations. For example, when making a piece of furniture or cooking a dish, and really loving what you do, putting all your effort and creativity into it, you can be said to be doing it with “meraki”.
